A 17th Century Duchess of Malfi

The Duchess of Malfi a Jacobean revenge tragedy written by John Webster in 1612. It was first performed in the dark and shrouded theatre of the Globe. These design for this project were set in the mid 17th century, an age of enlightenment, reason and thought. The costumes were inspired by the real life figures of the Earl of Rochester and Barbara Villiers.
